Sunny Pilates Studio is located in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Classes for fall 2009 are being held in Namaste Wellness and Spa, 2nd floor of Franklin’s Inn (just South of the Sherwood Park Mall)
It is fully equipped with stretch bands, tubing, Pilates rings, Pialtes weighted balls, and Bender Balls. Other equipment for variety include a bosu ball, stability balls, full foam roller, and half foam roller.
Studio capacity is 10 students per class. Small class sizes helps to provide more one on one instruction with the students.
