Week 1 – Leg Workout or Leg Workout 2

Week 2 – Arm Workout

Week 3 – Total Body Workout

Week 4 – Abs, Abs and more Abs

Week 5 – Cardio

Week 6 – Pilates

Weeks 7-12 – repeat the same extra workouts as weeks 1-6
