SUMMER 2010 SCHEDULE

Are you going away during the summertime? Are you busy and not able to commit to a 10 session class? or do you simply want to mix things up… then come try out our summer mix.

  • Or mix and match however many classes you want – create your own schedule and pay only $10 a class when you register in advance. Drop-in rates for $12.
  • All classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Monday

  • POWER PILATES (Core and posture strengthening, TOTAL BODY TONING) 6-7pm
  • ZUMBA (Latin dance aerobics – salsa, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing and more CARDIO) 7:15-8:15pm

Tuesday

  •  Buns and Bellies BOOTCAMP **NEW** – 6-7pm

Thursday

  • ZUMBA (Latin dance aerobics – salsa, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing and more CARDIO) 6-7pm
  • ABS ABS ABS 7:15 – 7:45 ($5 per class)
