9. Pelvic Floor Contractions – 5 reps

Starting Position – Laying on back with knees bent up, hip width apart; heal of hand on hip bone and pointer fingers pointing together forming a V towards pelvic bone.

  • INHALE – to prepare
  • EXHALE – contract the abdominals and draw the lower abdominals touching your hands away from your hand (pull navel and lower abs to the floor); you can even pretend to hold your pee by squeezing up or pretend you are doing up the zipper of your pants – draw your belly in.
