8. Pilates Imprinting Leg Lifts – 3 reps
- Adding bent leg lifts to imprint exercise
- INHALE – to prepare
- EXHALE – imprint lower back on floor (rib and hip come close together by contracting the abdominals)
- INHALE – while maintaining the imprint, lift one knee up to table top position.
- EXHALE – still maintain imprint and lift the other knee up to table top position.
- INHALE – still maintain imprint and lower one knee down to start position
- EXHALE – still maintain imprint and lower the other knee down to start position
- INHALE – release imprint and bring spine back to start position or neutral spine
