8. Pilates Imprinting Leg Lifts – 3 reps

  • Adding bent leg lifts to imprint exercise
  • INHALE – to prepare
  • EXHALE – imprint lower back on floor (rib and hip come close together by contracting the abdominals)
  • INHALE – while maintaining the imprint, lift one knee up to table top position.
  • EXHALE – still maintain imprint and lift the other knee up to table top position.
  • INHALE – still maintain imprint and lower one knee down to start position
  • EXHALE – still maintain imprint and lower the other knee down to start position
  • INHALE – release imprint and bring spine back to start position or neutral spine
