These warm-up exercises are done at the start of each Pilates Mat or Ball Class to help prepare the body and the mind for the exercise routine to follow.

Pilates Warm-up: 

1. Breathing – 5 reps

2. Arm Circles - 3 circles each direction

3. Arm Reaches - 3 each position 

4. Cat Stretch - 5 reps

5. Spine Rotation Stretch - 3 reps on each side

6. Hip Release - 3 each direction on each side

7. Imprinting – 3 reps

8. Imprinting Leg Lifts - 3 reps 

9. Pelvic Floor Contractions - 5 reps

10. Hip Rolls - 5 reps

11. Side Stretch - 2 reps each side
